I need cheap vocal amplification equipment.?

Alright I'm looking around and I have found a cheap package of Nady
mics w/ 20ft cables and stands, but now I am looking for cheap mixer
and PA. The mixer needs to be able to have 4 mics and the PA on the
smaller side if possible.

Is it possible to get something like this for around $200-$250???
